The Insurance Policy Smoothie
This is my go-to breakfast to ensure I’m getting all the nutrients I need for the day. Packed with 10g of fibre, 20-30g of protein (depending what you use), 100% of the RDA for vitamin C, omega 3s, 2 servings of veggies, and herbs. All of the ingredients are intentionally selected to support healthy hormones and gut health - bring on the polyphenols, phytoestrogens, liver support, and chlorophyll!
Recipe:
-1 cup frozen berries
-1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
-1 cup spinach
-1.5 tbs ground flax
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-1 tsp spirulina
-1 cup cooled nettle tea
