Led by Veronica Logelin, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher, this workshop takes a holistic approach rooted in whole-food nutrition, nervous system support, and influences from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda.
Together, we’ll explore common root causes of bloating, including stress, fibre intake, hormones, blood sugar, and gut health, along with practical tools you can actually implement in daily life.
